Day 1 Arrival
Fly from London Heathrow to Cairo. Transfer to the 5-star deluxe MS Hamees Nile cruise boat to start your long cruise adventure. Overnight Cairo
Day 2 Cairo Pyramids Tour
After breakfast you will be picked up from your hotel and visit the three pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx. Your guide will explain the history of these amazing monuments and then there will be time for you to take photos.  Have lunch by the Pyramids and then you will go to the Cairo Museum that will include seeing the treasures from the tomb of King Tutankhamen.  You will then be driven back to your Hotel.
Day 3 Cairo to Beni Suef
Enjoy a full-day sailing to Beni Suef, famous for its cotton and of course Egyptian cotton is world famous for its quality.
Day 4 Fayoum visit
Visit the Fayoum including Hawara and Maydom Pyramids,
The Oasis of Al Fayoumis a huge cultivated area irrigated by the Bahr Yussuf (The River of Joseph). In the village of Al Maqta you will visit the ruins of the brick pyramid of Hawara, built by Amenemhat III.

Day 5 Fayoum to Minya
Enjoy a full-day sailing to the regional capital of Minya.
Day 6 Minya
Morning visit to the beautifully decorated Middle Kingdom tombs at Beni Hassan. Beni Hasan is in an area of palm groves and green fields close to the Nile. An ancient Middle Kingdom necropolis, its 39 tombs are almost all situated along the side of the hill. Only a few are open to the public, but they all contain scenes of agriculture, hunting and sport. There will be an afternoon visit to the tombs and catacombs of Tuna El Gebel which is a village and archaeological site near the city of Mallawi.  It was the necropolis of Khmun for several centuries, from the Middle Kingdom till the Greco- Roman Period. Six stelae indicating the boundary between Hermopolis and Akhetaten are the oldest monuments found in the site. In the stelae, Akhenaton and his family are depicted making offerings to Aten. the Ashmunein museum, temple of Thoth and the sanctuary of Amun.
Day 7 Tel El Armana
Sail to Amarna and then there will be an afternoon visit including Akhenaten’s royal city, tomb and palace. The ruins of Akhenaton, the capital was founded by Pharaoh Amenhotep IV after having declared that Aten (the sun disc) was the only god a new capital city was established, but after only 30 years of occupation the city was abandoned and fell into oblivion. The site was excavated by F.Petrie and assisted at the time by an unknown Howard Carter.  Sail to Asyut.
Day 8 Full-day sailing to Suhag and El Balyana.
Day 9 Abydos
At Abydos, home of Osiris God of the Dead you will visit the New Kingdom temple of Seti 1.
The tombs were discovered in the 19th century and are said to be those of kings from the 1st and 2nd dynasties. The temple of Seti I is a commemorative monument to one of Egypt’s great kings.Continued sailing will see you pass two locks sailing to Qena.

Day 10 Dendera
Morning visit to Dendera temple of Hathor dating from the 1st century B.C.  The goddess Hathor is symbolically represented by a woman with the ears of a co. Hathor is also known as the goddess of love and the source of joy for living creatures.  You will also see the relief of Cleopatra and whose astronomical ceiling once challenged Christian beliefs.

Day11 Departure
Disembark and fly from Luxor to Heathrow via Cairo.*Extension OptionLuxor to Aswan – £499pp including all sightseeing listed
You can choose to extend your trip on the MS Hamees and continue sailing from Luxor to Aswan and visit the sites along the way.
Day11 – Luxor 
After breakfast, you will visit the west bank of Luxor, Kings Valley, Queen Hatshepsut stop at the Colossi of Memnon.
Day12 Cruising Luxor- Esna-Edfu
In the morning will be taken to visit the largest temple in Egypt, the magnificent Karnak temple. The complex is a vast open-air museum and the largest ancient religious site in the world.  You will then go onto Luxor temple which was dedicated to the Theban triad of Amun, Mut, and Chons and was built during the New Kingdom.Sail to Esna & cross the lock. Sail to Edfu and overnight.

Day13 Cruising Edfu- Kom ombo-Aswan 
Visit the temple of Horus one of the most complete architectures in Egypt dedicated for God Horus son of Osiris. Sail to Kom Ombo to visit the temple of Sobek the Crocodile god then sail to Aswan and overnight.
Day14 Aswan 
After breakfast going in a tour to visit the high Dam passing by the old dam of Aswan, then takes a motorboat to cross the Nile to visit one of the most beautiful temple in Egypt ISIS temple built on the Philea Island.
In the afternoon, enjoy sailing on the Nile on Felucca boat around the Botanical garden and the mausoleum of the AGH KHAN.
Day15 Aswan
In the morning Disembarkation from the boat, transfer by a private A/C bus to Aswan airport to catch 1H flight to Cairo. In Cairo transfer to the International departures for your flight back home.
