3 Nights Cairo
Day1 Arrive to Cairo
You will be met at the airport and transferred by private air-conditioned transport to your hotel.Overnight Cairo
Day2 Cairo – Pyramids Day
After breakfast you will be picked up from your hotel in your own private A/C bus to visit the vast necropolis of Sakkara containing tombs from almost every period of Egyptian history. Your tour will include the royal tombs and the step pyramid of Zoser which is the most conspicuous landmark of the necropolis.  Then onto your visit to the most famous of all the landmarks of present day Egypt, and one of the wonders of the ancient world, the three pyramids of Giza and the Sphinx. Egypt Uncovered Day3 Cairo Museum, Old Islamic & Christian Cairo
This morning you will visit Cairo Museum the house of King Tut Ankh Amon treasure, then head to visit the old Christian Coptic Cairo by visiting one of the oldest churches the hanging church, after that visit Mohammed Ali Citadel erected in 1183 A.D. The Alabaster Mosque of Mohammed Ali is one of the landmarks of Cairo whose minaret is spotted from any part of the city. Have lunch then take a walk in the small streets of the old Khan El Khalili market established around 1400AD. Overnight Cairo
 
Egypt Uncovered 3 Nights El Minya
Day4 Beni Hasan Tombs
You will be picked up from your hotel and taken by private air-conditioned car to Cairo train station to catch the train to El Minya. On arrival you will be met at the station and taken to Beni Hasan which is in an area of palm groves and green fields close to the Nile. An ancient Middle Kingdom necropolis, its 39 tombs are almost all situated along the side of the hill. Only a few are open to the public, but they all contain scenes of agriculture, hunting and sport.
Day5 Tel El Amarna & Mallawi visit
Around 40 miles south from the city of Al Minya are the ruins of King Akhenaton “the father of King Tut Ankh Amon” city Tel el Amarna. Akhenaton declared that Aten (the sun disc) was the only god a new capital city was established, but after only 30 years of occupation the city was abandoned and fell into oblivion. The site was excavated by F.Petrie and assisted at the time by an unknown Howard Carter. After finishing your tour you will then return to El Minya.
Day6 Al Ashmunein & Tuna El Gabal
You will be taken from the hotel to drive 20 miles south towards Mallawi and visit El-Ashmunein which is an archaeological site, near the city. During the Old Kingdom, it was named ‘Khemnnu’. The city was the sanctuary of god Thoth, the god of wisdom, writing and healing who is sometimes represented by a heron and others by a baboon. In the city of Khmun, the Ogdoad of Eight Gods (a group of eight primeval deities comprising four frog-gods and four snake-goddesses) formed the creation myth. Here, only the ruins of a mud-brick temple have survived from the Old Kingdom Period. Besides the remains of the city, there is an open museum, a Greek-styled Coptic basilica, the remains of the Temple of Djehuty as well as other remains of the Roman Agora.
Tuna El-Gabal is a village and archaeological site near the city of Mallawi.  It was the necropolis of Khnum for several centuries, from the Middle Kingdom till the Greco- Roman Period. Six stelae indicating the boundary between Hermopolis and Akhetaten are the oldest monuments found in the site. In the stelae, Akhenaton and his family are depicted making offerings to Aten. Fraser Tombs: Two kilometers south of Tuna El-Gabal lies another cemetery with the name ‘Fraser Tombs’ housing rock-cut tombs that date back to the Fourth and the Fifth Dynasties of the Old Kingdom.You will then return to El Minya and Overnight.
 
Egypt Uncovered Day7 Minya Museum Visit
You will today visit the museum in Al Minya.In the afternoon you will then be taken by private air-conditioned car to El Minya train station to catch the train to Cairo where you will be met and transferred to your hotel. Overnight Cairo
Day8 Cairo Departure 
At an agreed time you will be picked up from your hotel and taken to Cairo airport to catch your international flight home.
